    Pagination bug/ can't delete

    I have a problem with pagination not working correctly on the home page in "just listed" Most popular" "Random...some sort bug it seems. wanted to delete pagination...commented out this line

    <?php //if(function_exists('appthemes_pagination')) appthemes_pagination(); ?>

    in this folder:

    wp-content/themes/classipress/index.php

    is this the correct file? I have installed 3.0.5.2 on wp 3.0.2
