Password recovery and reset functions need some work?

1. on my site
http://www.used-fishing-tackle-depot.com I added the password recovery and password reset pages to the main nav bar under
Register main heading. The first problem is, when you click on password reset:
http://www.used-fishing-tackle-depot.com/password-reset it prompts you to enter a new password, even though the person is not logged in. And it doesn't do anything if you are or not logged in, it just refreshes to the homepage. Can you help with this?
2. The second issue is with the password recovery page:
http://www.used-fishing-tackle-depot...sword-recovery it says a new password will be emailed to you, but it actually should say a link will be emailed to you to change your password. I suppose I can dig around to find where to change this text but it is misleading. Can you tell me off the top of your head which file to edit to change this text?
