    Paypal IPN not working for new classipress installation

    Hi,
    I've done the following.
    1. Enable paypal , paypal ipn, entered paypal email, enable ipn debug in gateways.
    2. In Pricing, selected "Only charge for featured ads"
    3. Entered the featured ad price
    4. currency is $
    5. Enabled IPN for this said website in Paypal business account
    6. Set all the new ads to Pending Review

    But when someone selects a featured ad and submits it, it does not redirect to paypal page. Instead it gets submitted for ad review.

    How do I configure it so that for users who selected "Featured Ads", it goes to the paypal payment page?
