    Paypal problems - not executing

    Hi,

    I am testing out paypal on my site and it's not executing commands in some way, I get to choose option paypal but it doesn't send me forward to paypal for paying? the one who is submitting ad can therefore add ads without paying for it? Please take a look at www.grat.is for provoking the process.. nothing will happen and you will not be forwarded to paypal though you mark off featured listing and paying with paypal.. it simply says thank you for submitting in the end...

    thanks for any help/suggestions you might have for me
