Personal User Page

Hi i am looking for a way to allow certain users to post there ads on a page set by admin, for example if i created a menu and added sub menu Motors, i would want to create a page that the user will want in that menu i.e local motors ltd.

i cant seem to figure out how to display their ads in that page, and it will need it to display like the homepage blog.
i know if i look at the poster i can see links of ads posted by that user, i would need that to be displayed on a page in a blog format.

is this possible,
