Please help - membership registration & PayPal redirection problem

Hello,

I am looking for a solution for my problem that I haven't seen on this forum, yet.

I set up my ad packages & membership packages and tested it.
If I post an ad and choose an ad pack then all goes well at the end of the payment process PayPal will redirect me to my website.

HOWEVER, if I choose a membership package and pay for it, I log in to my PayPal account click on the purchase button, then the payment process will stop
around 79-84% and won't be finished. As the Admin I get an email about the payment, however when I restart my browser and login - either - to the user
or admin dashboard then the paid membership pack is not saved. I have to set up manually - that is not too good if a user wishes to post an ad immediately.

Could anyone help me please what could be the matter?
Why is PayPal freezing? Why the membership option is not saved after the payment process?
