possibility of different users having same "Display Name" ?

Along with fields called "First Name," "Last name," etc., there is a field in the user profile called "Display Name."

It appears to me to be a drop-down list of permutations of the user's username, first name, last name, and nickname.

If 2 users have the same first and last name (say, "John Smith"), will they be able to choose the same display name, or will ClassiPress prevent that?
