    Post and Ad

    I am in the middle of seeting up a my web site and decided to do a test run, i registered as a new member and everything works great except when i do to post and Ad, when i click on Post an Ad it tells me (either this as has already been placed or you do not have permission to post and ad) i been all through my setting and have chandeg what i thought would be the problem. Can someone help????
