Post an Ad button issue

i having some problem with post page button issue.
first issue : on first layer post page, some time go button do not appear or appear but not click-able (click but nothing happen).
second issue : after category select -> second page, click "continue" button seem like some issue too, i need to click twice (how to change to click one time only ?) cause it look like unfinish job for my user.

anyone got solution on this two button issue ?
