Post an Ad button only processes membership packages not ads
I am running CP in PayPal sandbox mode on a local server. Membership packages are required in order to place an ad. I have created a user with a Charter membership package which allows unlimited ads at no cost. The Charter membership package has no cost. The user's dashboard shows the membership is active. When I have the member logged in and use the Post an Ad button step one allows me to choose a category and subcategory, when it goes to step two it says a membership is required and gives the available membership packages. It apparently doesn't recognize that the membership package is in effect. If I select the Charter membership it advances to step 3 and tells me that my membership has been updated but it never allows me to create an ad. I'm sure there is something simple I'm not doing. Any suggestions?
