Posting an ad with a image issue

hi there, i have a reoccuring issue with my site. when a user goes to post an ad, and they try to upload say 2 pictures it goes from step 3 on submission right back to step one, doesnt post the ad or upload the image.... Please advise as today i have had a bunch of emails detailing users frustration with this.
