problem with "ad meta fields" impossible to set expiration date, the fields are gone

As can be seen, there's nothing there:

I tried reinstalling the theme, but nothing changed. I looked for a newer version of the theme, but i'm already usnig 3.1.9.

So I can't set any expiration date at all. When I publish any ad, it just stays for 1 day and then expires itself.


I've got no idea why that is happening, any help would be appreciated.
