    Problem with 'Refine Results'

    Here I have an ad in which the country, county and postcode have been set (screenshot 1)

    However, when I go to the category in which the ad appears, and refine my results to INCLUDE the country or county or postcode ( or all three ) of the ad, I get, 'no ads':
