Problem: Same ad published multiple times

Hi!,

I have a problem with the Classipress ad submission page. I suppose most other classipress sites have the same problem.

When on the last step of the ad submission page, If a user clicks the submission button several times (as will often happen when images are uploading for example), the ad in question is published multiple time.

Furthermore, the admin cannot delete all the extra copies, because when one copy of the ad is removed, the pictures disappear from all copies of the ad, as they share the same images.

How might I solve this, please, so that only one copy is uploaded even if the button is clicked multiple times?
Or can the button be made unclickable after the first click?
