Problem with submitting ads

I'm using v3.0.4 (small business) and everything was working fine up until just now. A few minutes ago a registered user was able to submit a listing, then after that, another user couldn't. Now no users can post a listing on the site. From the time that it was OK to when was bad, I did no modifications to the code at all.

What happens is, after choosing a category, the user is brought to the input form (I made custom forms for all categories). But after trying to submit the form, the user is brought back to Step 1 (choosing categories). No error messages, no nothing. And nothing gets submitted.
