Problem with updating user profile

I am using Classipress 3.2.1. The problem is that I have to have it configured to allow users to create their own password because if we use a system generated password via email the user cannot go into their profile to update the password. In fact they cannot update anything on their profile as there is no execute button appearing at the bottom of the form to update.

Or am I just missing something???
