Problems of author page in CP4

1. Maximum 10 ads are displayed at author's page.

Forexample
This user have 60 ads but only 10 ads are displayed in his page:
https://azingatlankereso.hu/author/gere-geza/

This is a big problem because a real estate agent like to see and showing his all ads at my site.

2. Why displayed ads in slider?
This is not a practical solution. The used mode in CP3 was better because ads was in list. Could it be done to work in CP4 like this?

3. User banner image
Very lot of user not upload their banner image so it will be a big gray part there. It is ugly.
I have more CP3 site and I would like these site upgrade to CP4 . User banner images not was in CP3 so it would be gray part all of author page in CP4.

Could you make an option to turn off the banner image on the author page?
