Multiple issues with the theme

No custom fields found. This usually means your install script did not run correctly. Go back and try reactivating the theme again.
( How do I reactivate it and reactivating would mean I would loose all the data and settings I have edited and saved so far)
No custom fields found in my ads custom field
Geo service does not work
Home page cannot be edited and looks different from the original theme
There are no sliders or search bar or editing tools
Information and categories don't show up on the home page
I can't add image or delete the 468x60 image tab next to the site title.
There are so many other issues with the theme, I don't know where to start and what to list.
I keep coming back here asking for assistance. No replies. Could someone from the App Themes tech team please, please go to my site dashboard and resolve the multiple issues so my site can go back to functioning as it should.
Atleast, I can stop coming here multiple times to report all the issues with my theme and waiting for a response for each and every issue. My site customising and designing is on hold since the day I bought this version 4 days back.
