Problems with custom email

Hi
Very much a newbie to classified script so please bear with me!

Most things seem to be running ok now but the custom email does not seem to be sending out emails. If I select back to the basic email confirmation for registration the emails work ok so I gather something is wrong with the custom email shown below?

I did add a comment just saying thanks for registering but have since removed it and saved the result. Problem is it doesn't send emails anymore! Oops!

I cant see anything wrong with the code below can someone suggest what I have done wrong please.
