Registration EMAIL Problems!

Hi,

I am having a huge problem with the registration process. I am having a lot of people that are registering but are not receiving the auto respond email what contains their password. I am receiving emails that people are registering but they can not find their email with their password. I contacted my host provider and asked them to change the domain keys to help with the emails not being sent to junk or spam folders. But Majority of the people don't receive the emails and the ones that do receive them in their junk/spam folders. Im lost and am loosing a lot of potential postings.

How can I solve this issues? has anyone else had this issue?
