Problems with posting an ad

Two things:

Firstly, when I tried to post an ad as a logged-on member, none of the Field Tips worked. I clicked on the "?" icon next to the fields but instead of showing each tip it just took me to the top of the form instructions.

Secondly, having just written and saved my version of the form instuctions, I went in to edit an already posted ad only to find that those instructions had been transferred into the text of the Description field.

I have no idea how to sort either of these. Can anyone please help?
