Problems with registration and add listing

Hi,

I have following problems:

1. When user try to create new account. After filling in password and repeating it something wired happens, I can't really explain pleas just check in this link http://www.zgubionaobraczka.pl/zarejestruj-sie/ try to type in "Hasło" and than "Hasło ponownie"

2. Second one is in add listing, categories are not displayed on page http://www.zgubionaobraczka.pl/dodaj-ogloszenie/
