My purchase ClassiPress Standard Edition removed from my dishboard

When I order the product at the time said life time 'Lifetime license' I downloaded and use but now my webhosting is telling me to updated the theme since is it not working, the theme shows blank page.
I have not login for over a year to my account but when I gogin to download the updated themes, my product/theme is not on there to download it. Here is the info. what I got after I paid from the appthemes:
