Region drop-down not corresponding to country

Hi

Steps to re-produce the issue:

Click 'Post An Ad'
Select 'category'
The 'Submit Your Listing' form appears and if you choose 'United Kingdom' under the 'Country' drop down the 'State' does not display states/regions within the UK.

I added the country code for UK (GB) to the Google Maps Region but this had no effect on this. I need it so when an advertiser posts a listing they can select their region dependent on the country they reside. Whatever country you choose the state remains all US.

Please can anyone point me in the right direction thanks?
