Region dropdownlist

Hi,
Im using classipress in France and im just working on editing the post form.
I created a custom field as Region (Like states in US), i edited the dropdownlist directly in the admin menu.

To complete my work, id like to add a other custom field for cities filled from the region selected in the field Region i created

How can i do that simply? Is that functionality already in use in Classipress.
