Registration Email Not being Received
Hi there,
I have a high number of people who have registered by not receiving the email with their passwords. Also they have checked their spam/junk and pressed the button "forgot password" - but no email password being received.
I implimented the fix on the following thread, but have discovered now that there is still a problem.

Could someone please help as I have lost 1 customer already to my knowledge because she said she spent over 1 hour and now not interested in using our website. I offered to set her up myself, but because the system had logged her email, I could not do it, so guidance on that would also be highly appreciated.
