Hi -

Tried looking for answers to my questions in regards to listing, and cant seem to find it.
Pls link if you happen to know.

(1) On the poster dashboard - i realised that when an ad has expired, in order for someone to relist is to click on the paypal button to pay for relisting the ad. I assume this was because the ad was stickied. How can the ad be relisted but given the option to relist free or place on featured again?

(2) On the dashboard, there are 2 images - the pencil for the 'Edit' and the circle - what's that?
