    Report Problem should not be available to Ad Owners (Contributor) CP 3.6

    I'm referring to the Report Problem button usually located at the bottom of the Ad, it's not logic to have that feature available to the Ad owners, only logged in users or other assigned Roles should be able to interact with this feature, is there a way to change the display to only make it appear to Logged-in or non-logged in users? or at least hide/restrict the Ad owner from accessing that feature all together?
