i had installed one plugging and after that my website getting this error i'm not able to loginto Wordpress Admin page or even classipress admin dashboard

there's no backup i had taken so far and i want to get my site back to normal without loosing my work and data on the site, how do i login to W/P admin i saw this in another web site but i'm afraid to do this without knowing this (Try downloading WordPress again and delete then replace your copies of everything except the
wp-config.php file and the /
wp-content/ directory with fresh copies from the download.)
