Retain Information Buy not Display in Ad

Hi,

Does anyone know how I can stop certain fields from showing in a listing? particularly the post code? I still to obtain the info so the map is relatively accurate but do not want the ads to display the postcode in the ad nor the google maps bubble.

I read another post where they suggested using css display none but the post code will still be printed in the source code so would prefer to stop it all together.
