Saving the full IP adress of visitors is against the law on my country

Hi,

in my country and an many countrys on Europe is against the law to save the Full ip adress of visitors or registered users. Is there a way that i can change how the ip is showed? For exemple : 123.456.78.xx

When somehone respond to a classified, the seller become on the email also the full IP adress of the sender. How can i change that?
