SEO on Categories

Hey,

Does anyone know if it's possible to get each of the category pages indexed in Google - I'm not totally sure if that's the correct wording but what I mean is this:

If someone searches "Supercars for Sale" the will see my site index - that's fine. If someone searches "Ferrari for Sale" the don't see anything, what I really want is for the Ferrari page to be listed.

Any ideas?
