Sidebar Contact not working for one category

Hi,

My site is www.lesconcessionnaires.net/lamborghini-montreal

For some reason, the sidebar contact form is not working with any vehicles in the Lamborghini Category. It works fine with Ferrari and Aston Martin....

I have tried changing the user for Lambo cars and put a new e-mail, it worked once and then I never go any other messages.

Everythin is configured fine with the user, the e-mail and the files (since I am getting every message for Ferrari and Aston Martin) but I am not getting any contact form message for Lamborghini...

When I enter a message on a lamborghini ad, it says that the message has been sent, but I never receive it in my inbox. To give you an example, I tested 3 Lamborghini ads and 3 Ferrari ads, each have the same user and the same e-mail. I sent out the six messages at 1 minute intervals and I received all 3 messages from the ferrari ads and none from the Lambo ads.

Any ideas?
