    My site does not allow new users to register before posting your ads

    Hi, my site http://www.clasificadosbarrancabermeja.com/ does not allow new users to register before posting your ads, sample error passwords and the capcha code appears and shows no mistake, I have updated to the latest version CP 3.5.1.
