small html tag in widget lists
I've just upgraded to CP3.0.4 and I noticed that the system automatically wraps list items contained in widgets with <small> tags. Why is this? It wasn't like that back in 3.0.3, was it? I tested it by creating an unordered list inside a text widget -- true enough, the list items were automatically wrapped in <small> tags.
Could anyone tell me which function (in which template) performs this action?
