Special Chracter in ad Title - issue

Hi

If I input special character in title, then cant not view the ad, it showing page not found.

For example below text in ad tilte will give your error (ad will save but you can't view)
" ★★★ ☛ Wanted House "

If special character is the issue, then
1. System should not allow to save the add, instead need to through error msg OR

or

2. slug should automatically changed to character, which system will allow to view.
