submit your listing problem (anomalies)

Hi ;

I am working on my 2nd classipress project and I found anomalies on Submit Your Listing page:
1) Multiple language instructions show up.
2) Tool Tip doesn't show up whem mouse over.

I don't find those kind of problem on my 1st classipress project.
I am using classipress version 3.0.5.2

Please help.


PS. I had deactivated Classipress theme and deleted the whole folder (via FTP) and re-install and re-activated again but problem persist.
