    TimyMCE display and editing problem when edit Ads

    I got some display problems with TimyMCE when someone EDIT an Ads :

    1) Part of text covered by gray spot are so can not be seen
    2) The editing are wider than it should be.

    I attach the screen capture here.

    Beside that, I want to prevent user from input external link using TimyMCE editor by disabling or hide the icons.
