    Top ad not displaying but it is visible in admin login

    Top ad not displaying but it is visible in admin login .I have make a my own ad for top right site of the classipress site.it can see in when i login as a admin but when i log out and see it is not visible, i tried in proxy too same thing happen .what can be the problem ??
