Tranaction ID and Reference not able to help find the Ad in the Admin dashboard.
I have this issue with Bank transfer payment...
The Step 3 of the form shows them the
Transaction IDxxxxxxxxx and
Reference #: xxx. Even when they quote you that, you cannot match it with those pending Ads in your admin dashboard, since there, the ad only show
Ad ID: 218504504519eb14 which is a different thing.
CP should shows the customers the Ad ID: XXXXXXXXXXXX in the Step 3 , then after they made payment, sms/email to us the payment and quote that Ad ID, instead of the totally unrelated Transaction ID and Reference which cannot help us to find their ad.
To avoid confusion, CP should just do away with Transaction ID and Reference instead replace then with the Ad ID, which is what shows in the dashboard and the ad itself.
It's like people giving you their apple asking you to find their orange...
Any suggestions?
