Did this occur when you did the last WordPress update? Can you please provide a screenshot so we can see what you're referring to exactly please?

Tried the plugins didnt work

I think the theme was broken, so activated theme twenty ten and got Error message.
Parse error: syntax error, unexpected $end in /home/rootfolder/public_html/websitename.com/wp-admin/custom-header.php on line 268

Is there a away I could re install working theme and activate it?
