Transaction page not recording?

Hi,
I have Classipress v3.03 (SB version) and I'm almost ready to launch my product.
My problem right now is the Transaction page is not recording any of the paypal activity.

I've run four separate paypal transaction tests: the Paypal side seems to work just fine, but I'm not seeing any of these test transactions on the Transaction page...
Is there a latency in reporting (i.e a 24hr turnaround time?)

I've looked around on this forum for any clues, but no joy. I saw where one user re-loaded all his files. Please tell me I won't need to do that? This feature is important to me. I'm hoping this is something simple that I did (or didn't do).
