Unable to add new form layout
This is a clean install of 3.0.5.2 on a clean install of Wordpress 3.1. No existing ads, just brand-new software.
I have no form layouts.
I go to Form Layouts and click "Add New." A new window appears and in the Available Categories text area a red error message is displayed: "All your categories are currently being used. You must remove at least one category from another form layout before you can continue."
I have no other form layout. And the six categories I created are brand-new and empty. There are no posts or other content (I deleted the default "hello world" posting.)
How can I create a new form layout?
