Unable to Login as Admin as well as Unable to post Ads as Anonymous User

Hello Support,

I'm trying to login into admin panel using link http://www.4jat.com/login/ or http://www.4jat.com/wp-admin/ it redirects me to http://www.4jat.com/login/?redirect_...%2Fwp-admin%2F - I'm unable to get into the Admin panel.

Secondly - If I try to post a ad as an anonymous user, that too not working - after selecting category / sub-category, control jumps back to the same page.

Please Help! I'm stuck.
