Unable to view anything in wp-admin except Ads and Settings

Hi,

I am running Classipress 3.1.7 and Wordpress 3.3.1

My problem is after I login to Wp-admin, I cannot see anything. Its all blank except the following sections

1. Can view Ads section - where I can approve and dis-approve ads
2. Everything Under Dashboard (Not the Dashboard as that is a white blank too)

All other sections are just plain blank white pages. I cannot do anything. Unable to update to 4.7 when I click as it takes me to a blank page. Classipress has been quite the troublesome theme to be honest.

Can someone help and tell me what I can do to fix this theme??
