    Unique Header and Footer

    Sorry if I choose shortcut to raise a question without searching previous same thread if any.
    I've just created pages "Privacy Policy" whereas should be stated on footer only not on both header and footer.
    And also I want to use footer navigation is different with header.
    Any idea how to do it?
