Updated Classipress to 3.5.5 and registration Password issue still there.

I emailed Appthemes support via email, asking for help because no one can log into my website.
the conversation went back and forth 6 times.. before app themes stopped replying all together.

ive paid my subscriptions.. Ive updated the CP site to 3.5.5 and wordpress to 4.5.2 and still!! i get this error.. ERROR: Please enter the password twice.

ive flushed cache
ive disengaged reCaptcha

what else is there to do .. to make this thing work? !
