    upgrade live site

    I have try the new upgrade on my test site but I lost all the categeries, ads, user and logo.
    I promise my user the new features would be available before christmas but I'm not sure how this can be dane.
    Basically I want to upgrade this site without losing the categeries and users and ads.

    can you help?
