    Upgraded 3.02 to 3.05.3 - Ads missing

All of my ads are missing after upgrading to 3.05.3. I have tried everything that I could find in the forum and nothing seems to work, I'm staring at blank categories. There are no error messages, except for "Sorry, no listings were found", on the front page. And yes, I have reset my permalinks to custom (/%postname%/) several times. Any help in resolving this issue would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!
