Thumbs up Upgrading 3.1.8 to 3.1.9 ClassiPress

First of all sorry for my bad English ....
I searched the forum but did not find clear ....
Now version 3.1.9 is available from the ClassiPress, I'm sure 3.1.8.
If I do all my auto-update and visual modifications to the system
    will be lost right?
    What should I do now?
    Thanks in advance.
